Use of the service

These terms of use ("Terms of Use") apply when you
install and use our mobile application, register an account in the
application and use the services provided within the framework of
the application ("the Service"), as well as to
other interaction and communication that you have with us and our
representatives in connection with the Service. The Service is
provided by Lanetalk AB, corporate ID no. 556840-1656
("Lanetalk", "we",
"us", etc.).

In order to use the Service, you must first install the application
and register an account through the application.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and
understood these Terms of Use and that you agree to be bound by
them. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you should not use
the Service.

Further details about lanetalk and the service

Lanetalk provides services related to bowling. As part of the
Service, you can track your score in real time, save your results
and thus monitor your own development, as well as follow other
users.

Lanetalk upgrades and updates the application on a regular basis. In
order to benefit from the latest functions and for the Service to
work optimally, we request that you always use the latest version of
the application.

Within the framework of the Service, you may also be given the
opportunity to participate in special bowling competitions arranged
by Lanetalk and/or our partners. To sign up for and participate in
such a special event, you must agree to the separate terms and
conditions that apply to participation in the competition.

Your account and use of the service

Your account is personal and you are not entitled to transfer your
account to a third party. You are responsible for keeping your login
details confidential and not disclosing or otherwise sharing your
login details with third parties. You are also responsible for not
giving another party access to your account. If you suspect that
someone else has access to your account, please contact Lanetalk
immediately.

By registering and using the Service you also undertake to:
- only use the Service for the intended purposes;
- not use an account belonging to someone else;
- not use your account or the Service for illegal purposes;

not attempt to do damage to Lanetalk or the Service in any way;

Lanetalk reserves the right to terminate your account, your
agreement with Lanetalk and discontinue the Service immediately if
you violate this clause 3 or if your account is otherwise misused.

Use of social networking features

The Service includes functions for uploading profile pictures to
your user account and for posting comments and updates in the feed.
By uploading pictures to your user account or posting comments or
updates, you are aware that such content may be shared with others.

You are only allowed to upload pictures that you own or that you are
entitled to manage and upload to the Service. By uploading pictures
to your user account you warrant that the pictures, and your use of
the pictures, in no way violates any applicable legislation or any
third party’s rights.

You are not allowed to upload pictures or post comments or updates
that include illegal, violent, offensive, discriminatory,
pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content (altogether
“Offensive content”).

If you encounter any Offensive content when using our Services, you
are encouraged to report such content to Lanetalk at
support@lanetalk.com.

We reserve the right, at any time and at our discretion, to remove
any pictures, comments and updates that include Offensive content or
that we consider to be inappropriate or unsuitable. Lanetalk also
reserves the right to terminate your account, your agreement with
Lanetalk and discontinue the Service immediately if you violate this
clause 4.

Intellectual property rights and licence

All contents of the Service, including but not limited to logos,
icons, trademarks, text, images, moving images, sound, illustration,
software, etc. (the ”Intellectual Property Rights") are owned by
Lanetalk or its licensors.

Upon acceptance of these Terms of Use, Lanetalk grants you a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and
install the Application on a mobile device that you own or control.
The application may only be used for the intended purposes. You
undertake not to:

create Internet links to the Service or ”split” or ”mirror” an
application, other service, wireless or internet-based device;

copy or distribute the application in any way other than as
required for the use of the Service;

use the Service with an incompatible or unauthorized device;
-
reproduce or access the Service to design or create a competing
product or service, a product that uses similar ideas, features,
functions or graphics as in the Service, or copy any ideas,
features, functions or graphics from the Service;

use automatic programs or scripts, including but not limited to
web spiders, crawlers, robots, ants, indexers, bots, viruses or
worms or other programs that may make multiple server requests
per second, or that unnecessarily burden or hinder the operation
and/or performance of the Service;

disrupt or obstruct the Service's capacity or performance or
data contained in it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to
the Service or its related systems or networks.
Lanetalk has the right to investigate and may involve and
cooperate with authorities in order to prosecute offences
committed through use of the Service. Lanetalk reserves the right,
at any time and without notice, to remove or disable access to
content that Lanetalk believes conflicts with these Terms of Use
or is otherwise damaging to the Service.

Price
- Downloading and installing the application is free of charge.

Any communication in connection with the Service may incur
additional charges depending on the arrangement between you and your
mobile phone provider.

Indemnity undertaking
You undertake to indemnify and hold Lanetalk harmless for all costs,
damages and losses incurred by Lanetalk as a result of or in
connection with your violation of these Terms of Use.

Lanetalk's responsibility

Lanetalk's intention is to keep the Service in operation 24 hours a
day and to ensure the content is correct and up to date. Lanetalk
does not, however, guarantee that the Service is free from errors,
deficiencies, malicious software or viruses, or that the content is
correct, up to date or complete, or that the Service is in operation
at all times, and reserves the right not to be held responsible in
this respect.

You accept that your sole right of recourse in case of an error in
the Service is that you may at any time stop using the Service and
terminate your agreement with Lanetalk, i.e. unsubscribe from your
account. Lanetalk shall not be liable for damages arising from use
of the Service, including damage caused by malware, viruses or other
incorrect or incomplete information, unless such damage arises as a
result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Lanetalk.
Lanetalk is at no time liable for indirect damage or loss that
affects users, which without limitation includes loss of profit or
revenue, loss of goodwill or loss of expected savings.

Personal data
Lanetalk cares about your privacy. We process personal data in
accordance with applicable personal data legislation. For more

privacy policy.

Duration of agreement and termination

The agreement between you and Lanetalk is valid until terminated by
either party. You have the right to terminate the agreement at any
time by unsubscribing and therefore cancelling the Service.

Lanetalk is entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate
effect at any time without cause by deregistering your account and
ceasing to provide the Service. If you have not logged in to your
account for a consecutive period of 24 months, your agreement will
automatically expire and your account will be deregistered. You will
be informed before your account is deregistered.

Other

Lanetalk reserves the right to unilaterally change the Service
and/or these Terms of Use at any time. Changes that Lanetalk
considers to be of significant importance will be notified to you
via the Service and/or by email before the changes come into force.
Lanetalk reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to make changes
that come into force immediately. If you do not wish to accept a
change to the Terms of Use and/or the Service, you must cease to use
the Service.

Should any provision or part of thereof in these Terms of Use be
found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the
validity of the other provisions in these Terms of Use. In such an
event, the Terms of Use shall be adapted/adjusted as reasonably
required. Lanetalk's delay in exercising a right or enforcing a
penalty under these Terms of Use shall not affect Lanetalk's ability
to subsequently exercise the right or enforce the penalty.

Correspondence
Lanetalk may provide you with information by posting a general message
in the Service or by sending a message to the email address registered
in Lanetalk's account details.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with
Swedish law. Disputes arising from dealings between Lanetalk and a
user and/or use of the Service shall be examined in a general court of
law, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance,
unless otherwise specified by mandatory legislation.
